Fortitude Personal Training
You've probably tried to be consistent before. This time it's different - because you won't be doing it alone. Our coaches work with you in small groups of no more than six, building a personalised programme that progresses over time and fits around your life. Not a class pass. Not a generic plan. A proper coaching relationship focused on building the strength and fitness that lets you live well - for as long as possible.

The small group personal training is where you get stronger. The group classes are where training becomes something you genuinely look forward to. From lower intensity aerobic sessions to more performance-focused work and community partner workouts, they're designed to build your fitness and connect you with people who show up the same way you do. Most of our members train in small groups two to three times a week and use the group classes to complement that - it's the combination that builds a well-rounded base and makes consistency feel effortless rather than forced.

How do I start?
Get started with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule a call to see if we are a good fit to help.
How long does it take to see results?
This comes down to the measurables we agree and your definition of success. Our goal is to set you up for success immediately and for you to achieve initial great results in your first 6 week with us. We continually review your goals over time to keep you on track.
Is Fortitude a good place to meet new people?
Yes. We have individuals from all walks of life who have become lifelong friends through meeting here at Fortitude.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
Fortitude is no ordinary gym, we focus first and foremost on you. Our goal is to have a transformative impact on your life, enhance how you feel about yourself and provide opportunities to train with like-minded people.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
For real meaningful change we'd love to see you 3-4x per week. However in the busy and dynamic world we live in we have seen individuals achieve great results with 2 well structured sessions per week. Ultimately it comes down to what you can commit to and stay consistent with.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is The Fortitude Method is designed around you, to help you succeed. We love working with individuals of all training experience levels, to support them in achieving their goals.
What if i have never been in a gym before?
Our Fortitude Personal Training sessions are coach led, providing support and guidance throughout. We help you become confident in a gym environment and train safely and effectively towards your goals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
We meet individuals where they're at but predominantly your Fortitude Personal Training sessions will include full body strength training movements tailored to you and your goals. We also include functional fitness movements and aerobic fitness development.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! We believe in balance. We want to educate and guide you to make more health seeking choices, but also plan around social occasions so you can enjoy the foods you love, without guilt or fear.
