Weightlifting Club

The Weightlifting Club at Fortitude offers a structured programme, designed to improve strength and weightlifting performance. Dedicated coach led sessions are aimed at those looking to develop technique and strength in the Olympic lifts; the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. We pride ourselves in providing a supportive environment for you to progress in your weightlifting journey.
