My first experience in the gym was during school where I worked on the front desk in a gym where Josh had started doing some PT.
Initially, my goals were to get bigger and stronger for rugby and various other sports but after some badgering Josh got me to try some more functional fitness.
I loved the performance aspect and proceeded to travel with my brother to Gloucester regularly to surround myself with like-minded people and fell in love with Functional fitness and the community aspect.
Upon starting uni I focused more on Olympic Weightlifting and gained a scholarship, training at national competitions. This taught me the value of consistency, structure, and discipline.
Now my priority is on helping people love training, make progress, and support them in all areas of life to allow them to reach their full potential and live a life they love.
Using training to complement an individual's life not control it. I love helping people solve problems that allow them to live more fulfilling happier and healthier lives.
