About Coach

My health and fitness journey has been a battle from a young age. After jumping from diet to diet in pursuit of weight loss and being stuck at a dead end I met Josh when he was a fresh-faced PT aged 18 and just starting out. I began training with him and fell in love with strength training. I lost weight and became healthier and this had a profound impact on my life. I also got pregnant and gave birth to my 3rd child whilst still training and experienced firsthand the benefits of strength training pre- and postpartum. When Josh opened Fortitude I initially started as a member. My passion was weightlifting and I began doing some coaching at our youth academy as this was something I was really passionate about. Upon completing more courses, around covid I began coaching and I haven't looked back since. I love the daily interaction with members and seeing them grow in confidence and achieve their goals. I'm passionate about providing great coaching, being caring, and bringing people together.

Turning Point

The turning point in my life came when investing in a coach for the first time. I had tried everything to achieve my goals but never realized the value of investing in myself and real help. I learned how to train effectively, how to diet effectively, and how to make training just something that I do every single week. Now I'm grateful I get to share this passion with others.

Motivation & Passion

Training to me is something so much more than looking a certain way. It improves my mental health, allows me to be a better mum and I'm a role model to my young family. I love all the incredible people I get to interact with and help on a daily basis also and my motivation is to support others and feel the benefits of training like I do.
