About Coach

After bouncing around many sports as a teenager I discovered functional fitness through my parents. I began training and instantly loved the progress I made and how it made me feel. I did my first-ever competition at Fortitude and Josh encouraged me and invited me to some British weightlifting youth regional sessions. I began training with Josh developed a love for CrossFit and weightlifting and began wanting to compete at the highest level possible.

Upon starting my A-levels I realised i wanted to also share my passion with others and dropped out to pursue a career in coaching. I began working in gyms around Gloucester getting experience in helping others achieve their goals and joined the team at Fortitude a few years ago. I haven't looked back since and absolutely love our community, bringing people together and seeing their progress.

Turning Point

The turning point for me was when I began coaching at Fortitude. I had never met a community like it. So many friendly supportive people who are always striving to be better. I love working closely with them and seeing their incredible progress.

Motivation & Passion

Functional fitness gave me purpose when growing up and supports me massively mentally as well as physically. It is also a huge social outlet for me and I have made great friends in the process.

What keeps me excited to coach every single day is the progress I help people make and how I can help make training one of the most looked forward to parts of someone's day.
